Sarah Burgard

Sarah Burgard is a professor of sociology and by courtesy, epidemiology and public policy at the University of Michigan, and the incoming director of Michigan's Population Studies Center. She studies the influences of employment quality, job loss, financial shocks, debt, housing instability, and material hardship on health outcomes and disparities in health.
